1. Services

CoreLogicTech provides software technology services including, but not limited to: website development, mobile application development, custom software and SaaS development, UI/UX design, e-commerce solutions, and DevOps and maintenance services.

All projects are governed by a separate project agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) that specifies deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. In the event of a conflict, the project agreement takes precedence over these Terms.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international laws
• Transmit unsolicited marketing communications (spam)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its servers
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content from this website without written permission

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of CoreLogicTech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Upon full payment for a completed project, the client receives full ownership of the custom code and deliverables produced specifically for them under the agreed project scope. CoreLogicTech retains rights to any proprietary libraries, frameworks, or tools used during development.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for projects are defined in individual project agreements. Typically:

• A deposit of 50% is required before work commences
• The remaining balance is due upon project delivery or as specified in the SOW
• Late payments may incur interest or result in suspension of deliverables

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project engagement. CoreLogicTech will not share your project details, business information, or source code with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

6. Warranty and Support

CoreLogicTech provides a 30-day bug-free guarantee from the date of project delivery. During this period, we will fix any bugs or defects in the delivered software at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party integrations, or changes in external APIs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreLogicTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreLogicTech and its team members from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is liable for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. CoreLogicTech will deliver all completed work upon receipt of outstanding payments.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
